Dear Consumers and Families,

Our staff is currently working to reschedule audiology appointments. We will be prioritizing rescheduling patients by appointment type and original appointment date. Please be patient as we work through the list and start contacting families.

Easterseals Crossroads and our office have made many changes to allow for a safe environment for both our patients and staff. All families will be screened coming into the building, and all adults will be required to wear a mask upon arrival and during the appointment.

We are strongly encouraging families to only bring the patient and one parent to an appointment. We continue to encourage any patients or staff to stay home if they are feeling ill.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out should you have any questions about your child’s appointment, issues with devices, questions about teleservices or the measures we have taken to keep our facilities, staff, and families healthy.

Due to COVID-19, Hear Indiana is temporarily closing until Tuesday, 4/7/20. We will be reaching out to all patients to cancel appointments and talk about rescheduling options.

Our dedicated staff will still be available to answer questions about speech therapy, school services, device issues, teleservices, appointments and more!

As a reminder, we have cancelled Hear INcouragement Night and postponed the Amplifier Awards honoring Tamika Catchings, originally scheduled for 4/21. New event information will be provided as it becomes available.
