Please note, if a school district is reimbursing you (or paying by purchase order), please choose Professional (Pay by Purchase Order) during registrattion. Additionally, those paying with a purchase order will be charged a $5.00 convenience fee.
All attendees traveling more than 130 miles roundtrip, may qualify for travel reimbursement at the rate of $0.30/mile. Additionally, you may apply for lodging reimbursement at our conference hotel (some restrictions apply). A limited number of childcare stipends are also available. Note: You may be asked to show proof of gross household income when applying for financial assistance.
There is a $10 fee for Hear Indiana to process each type of CEU with your perspective member organization. For example, if you wish for us to process ASHA and LSLS, you would pay $20 extra. Certificates are included for all at no charge.
American Academy of Audiology: Hear Indiana is approved by the American Academy of Audiology to offer Academy CEUs for this activity. The program is worth a maximum of 0.6 CEUs.
