To apply for financial assitance please download and complete this form. After you have completed your camp application, through your camp portal, you will be prompted to upload this form. The only fees you will be asked to pay prior to applying for financial aid is your $50 deposit.
Thanks to our generous donors and grantors, campers are asked to pay for a small portion of the overall fee. The maximum in-state camper fee is $550. The maximum out-of-state camper fee is $850. Both fees include a $50 deposit. Financial aid is available to campers who qualify based on household income. However, these funds are limited. Please apply early! We also offer a payment plan to help your family budget for this summer’s camp fees. We strive to ensure that no child is turned away because of inability to pay!

All applications require a $50 non-refundable deposit. The $50 deposit does count toward the Camper Fees listed below. (Special arrangement can be made to spread the deposit out. Special circumstances may result in a deposit waiver.)
Please note that the percentages on the scale refer to the amount you will pay (maximum fee $500 for instate campers) NOT the amount off. For example, if you fall at 20% you will owe 20% of $500 equaling $100. If you have further questions plase contact us at email@example.com or at (317) 995-3319.

If you do not qualify based on our sliding fee scale but have special circumstances and are unable to pay the fee below, please call (317) 995-3319 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss options.
You may spread fees into multiple payments, as long as the total camp fee is paid by MAY 15, 2020. Your child will be ineligible for future camps until any outstanding balance is paid in full. You may cancel your application until MAY 15, 2020 (though $50 deposit is non-refundable). Cancellations after May 15th will only be accepted if a physician signs a letter saying your camper is not well enough to attend camp. No-shows will be held responsible for the Camper Fee.
