2. HEAR INDIANA will be recognized as the leading state source for information, education, advocacy, and research on spoken language options for the deaf and hard of hearing.
3. HEAR INDIANA will take a leadership role in collaborating with other agencies to ensure appropriate services for the deaf and hard of hearing who use spoken language.
